25-year-old Indian student dies of heart attack in Canada
Sheikh Muzammil Ahmed, a 25-year-old student from Hyderabad, died of cardiac arrest in Canada. Ahmed’s family has requested External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to help in bringing his mortal remains to India.
Ahmed, from Telangana, was pursuing a master’s degree in IT from Conestoga College, Waterloo Campus in Kitchener City, Ontario, from December 2022.
He was suffering from fever for the last one week, but his family got a call from his friend that he died due to cardiac arrest on Friday.
Amjad Ullah Khan, leader of Telangana-based political party Majlis Bachao Tehreek (MBT), informed about the incident on social media.
