BJNY to enter MP on March 2; Rahul Gandhi will do road shows, public meetings
The ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will enter Madhya Pradesh on March 2 and the public contact program organized ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections will continue in the state till March 6, a party leader said. Tuesday
State Congress vice president Rajeev Singh said Gandhi will hold a road show on March 2 after the yatra enters Piprai in Morena district in Madhya Pradesh.
He said the yatra would later reach Gwalior city where the former Congress president would address a public meeting.
The yatra will resume from Gwalior with Gandhiji’s address to Agniveer ex-servicemen on March 3 and will reach Shivpuri via various villages and towns.
While going to Shivpuri, Gandhi will talk to members of the tribal community in Mohkheda.
Gandhi will hold a road show in Shivpuri town and later reach Badarwas town, where he will address a public meeting. Singh said, the night halt of the yatra will be at Badarwas (Shivpuri district).
The yatra will restart from Miyana in Guna district on March 4 and will reach Raghaugarh via various villages.
Singh said that after a road show in Raghogarh, Gandhi will address a public meeting at Peepal Square in Biaora in Rajgarh district and interact with farmers in Bhatkhedi.
