Congress won three seats in Karnataka Rajya Sabha elections
In the Rajya Sabha elections in Karnataka on Tuesday, February 27, the ruling Congress won three seats and the BJP won one seat.
Those elected to the Upper House are Ajay Maken, GC Chandrashekhar and Syed Nasir Hussain, all from the Congress, and Narayan K of the BJP. There are stores.
Five candidates were in the fray for four seats in the election, including JD(S) candidate D. Kupendra Reddy.
There was an uproar due to cross voting in the elections. While one of the BJP MLAs, ST Somashekar, voted for Congress’s Maken; Secondly, A. Shivram Hebbar remained absent.
