Hamas’s surprise attack from a new location: 40 Grad rockets fired at IDF from Hezbollah’s backyard

Hamas’ military wing, the al-Qassam Brigades, fired missiles from southern Lebanon toward northern Israel. Hamas claimed in a statement that it fired two missile salvos consisting of 40 missiles and bombed the headquarters and airport barracks of the 769th Eastern Brigade in Beit Hilal, northern Israel. Hamas described the attack as a reaction to the Zionist massacre against civilians in the Gaza Strip and the killing of martyred leaders and their brothers in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
