Israel says 2 hostages freed from Hamas captivity in Gaza

The Israeli military announced Monday morning that two hostages taken by Hamas during the October 7 attacks were rescued in an overnight operation in the southern Gaza city of Rafah.
The army said in a statement that “during a joint operation between the IDF (military), ISA (Shin Bet security agency) and Israel Police in Rafah, two Israeli hostages were rescued overnight, Fernando Simon Marmon (60) and Lewis Har ( 70) )”, adding that the pair were in “good medical condition”.
