IUML moves SC seeking stay on Citizenship Amendment rules
“Therefore, it is in the best interest of every individual to postpone the implementation of the CAA and the applicable rules until the Hon’ble Court finally decides the matter… The petitioner has pressed for a stay on the implementation of the provisions of the impugned Act.
