The Chief Justice of the city sessions court here granted transit remand to the NIA after the agency’s request. The NIA said the accused Adbul Mathin Ahmed Taha and Musavir Hussain Shajib were arrested from a hotel in the seaside tourist town of Digha in East Medinipur district, about 190 km from Kolkata.
