During a key meeting in Bishkek, the Russian Security Council chief launched a scathing attack on the US and Britain, calling their attacks on Houthi targets in Yemen illegitimate. Nikolai Patrushev said that both countries were not attacking the Houthi rebels in self-defense and that their aim was to unnecessarily drag the Middle East into war.
