Russia warns of ‘dangerous consequences’ over death of Iranian military adviser in Israeli strike in Syria

Russia is angered by Israel’s latest attacks on Syria’s Aleppo. The Israeli attacks reportedly killed 16 members of pro-Iran groups, including an Iranian military adviser. The airstrikes on June 3 were the first since Israel was accused of bombing the Iranian embassy compound in Damascus on April 1. The Russian Foreign Ministry warned Israel that such forceful attacks would lead to extremely dangerous consequences in a region already torn by war. For more, see International News
