Priyanka will join Rahul in Moradabad, will cover the remaining UP leg

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will join the Rahul Gandhi-led Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Moradabad on Saturday and will be part of the remaining leg of it in Uttar Pradesh over the weekend.

She was scheduled to participate in the yatra when it entered Chandauli in Uttar Pradesh, but could not do so due to ill health and subsequent hospitalization.

The Congress General Secretary will join the yatra when it resumes from Moradabad on Saturday, February 24 and will accompany him during the yatra in western Uttar Pradesh.

Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi will join Rahul Gandhi in the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra on February 24, her office said.

The party said she will accompany Rahul Gandhi from Moradabad and pass through Amroha, Sambhal, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Hathras, Agra and end at Fatehpur Sikri on Sunday.

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav is scheduled to participate in the yatra in Agra on 25 February.

The yatra will resume from Moradabad on the morning of February 24 and will end at Dholpur in Rajasthan on Sunday after passing through major districts of western Uttar Pradesh.
