According to PTI report, the AAP leader said that Kejriwal has mentioned ED and CBI in his affidavit and said that the job of the investigating agencies is to present the truth before the court.

“If CBI and ED got 1 lakh pages of documents and 80,000 of them are in favor of Arvind Kejriwal and AAP, then those 80,000 documents were not produced before the court, only those documents were produced which, by putting pressure on people, They were taken away after putting them in jail.” “By luring people with bail, luring people with amnesty, luring people with tickets to contest elections from the NDA, only those testimonies were produced before the court by the ED and CBI,” Bhardwaj said, quoted by PTI. “The said creative/advertisement was returned with comments with a request to modify the content of the creative as per the advertising code prescribed under the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and ECI guidelines/norms vide letter dated August 24, 2023 . The party has also been informed that if it does not agree with the committee’s decision, it can file an appeal before the state-level Media Certification and Monitoring Committee, the statement said.
