Russia claims evidence of Ukraine’s role in Moscow attack, US: “B****t”, ISIS was fully responsible”

Russian investigators claim to have uncovered evidence that the Moscow attackers were linked to “Ukrainian nationalists”. The head of Ukrainian military intelligence said, “The Russian Federation was aware of the plot since at least February 15, 2024.” Meanwhile, Russia’s Labor Ministry has reportedly warned that efforts are being made to recruit citizens in Kyrgyzstan to carry out terrorist acts on Russian territory.
